Returns & Refund Policy

At The Wilson Group we regard customer satisfaction as the most crucial element to our company's continued success. As such we aim to maintain a fair, comprehensive delivery and returns policy, and will always attempt to work with customers to resolve any issues.

Before returning an item please contact us, otherwise we are unable to begin the resolution process. You can contact us through “contact seller” which can be found in your purchase history.

If any item arrives in a damaged or otherwise faulty state we are happy to refund or replace the product. It is essential that all items are returned in the condition they are received, and with all necessary components. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to replace or refund the item.

We require that the item be returned to us within 60 days of receipt so that our technical team can run an assessment of the item. If the item is then deemed as faulty/damaged a replacement can be sent out the same day, or a refund will be issued at the customer's request. If an item is found to have been returned under an incorrect return reason (return code) this would be escalated to eBay and may impact your account.

If a customer orders the wrong item and requires a refund, the customer is liable for the full return cost; the item must be returned in the original condition along with all necessary components.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, a cancellation request will be automatically approved. If the item has already been shipped, the responsibility for the return organisation lies with the customer.

Delivery Policies

We at The Wilson Group understand every customer's desire for prompt, hassle-free delivery, which is why we are committed to next-day delivery on all orders placed prior to 4pm Monday-Friday.

In rare circumstances customers in remote areas will have their items shipped via a 48-hour service.

In order to meet and fulfil customer expectations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience, we utilise a robust network of couriers including: Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce.

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is correct before placing any order. We kindly ask that all customers would confirm the correct address before proceeding with any order. We will be unable to refund or replace any order where the shipping address provided by the customer is missing key details, such as the house number or road name.

We are unable to process any changes or update any customer shipping details once the order has been placed.
