How long does delivery take? We dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Standard UK delivery takes 5-10 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over ÂŖ35. Orders under ÂŖ35 have a flat shipping fee of ÂŖ3.99.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship across the UK. International shipping is coming soon!

Can I track my order? Yes â you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. After 24 hours orders may already be in processing.
I ordered multiple items â will they arrive together? Some orders may arrive in separate parcels depending on the product. Don't worry if one arrives before another!

What is your returns policy? We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us and we'll sort it out.
How do I start a return? Email us at hello@herdailyedit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
